For Sale: properties in Bali,
Nusa Tenggara & Kalimantan
Bali
The island province is uniquely different from the rest of Indonesia with its inhabitants proudly adhering to their rich culture. This is reflected in their cuisine, beautiful traditional costumes and religion (over 83% practising Balinese Hinduism).
It is the country’s tourism centre being blessed wth loads of great beaches. Properties for sale range from beach resorts and villas to mountain retreats and farm lands (coffee farms and paddy fields).
Property prices had been depressed for a few years but things are beginning to move again.
Nusa Tenggara
Nusa Tenggara is a group of islands to the East of Bali, the main ones being Lombok, Sumba and Flores and is quite different from the rest of Indonesia in general. Due to the fact that it is made up of many small islands with very beautiful beaches, Nusa Tenggara still has many areas waiting to be developed. This region is sparsely populated and needs the hands of experts like you to invest.
Southwest of Flores is the island of Sumba, an island bigger than Bali and surrounded with beautiful beaches. The island's great beaches, beautiful lush green expanse of land and rolling hills are drawing a growing number of tourists.
Through this site, I invite all of you investors to seriously consider the Nusa Tenggara region as I believe there is much profit to be made both in business and real estate and I will be happy to guide you.
Take for instance the exciting Flores, a large island 693km east of Bali. It is nearly two and a half times the size of Bali but has a population of only 1.8 million (about 95% Christian) against Bali’s 4.2 million.
It is a real gem that time forgot and is probably the most beautiful of Indonesia’s islands. Its city of Labuhan Bajo is an icon of Indonesian tourism complete with an international airport. The island offers very good investment opportunities.
The Nusa Tenggara islands certainly have great locations to pick for the longer-term investor.
